Community Language Efficiency Outreach - Direct Installation
Start reducing energy, water, and utility costs TODAY through CLEO-DI’s no-cost installations! Qualifying customers can receive energy-efficient appliances + labor at no-cost through our partnership with SoCalGas, West Basin Municipal Water District, and Metropolitan Water District. This program is funded by the Public Purpose Surcharge fee that appears on the monthly SoCalGas bill.

DACMO is a 100% in-language non-resource program partnered with Southern California Edison that is designed to increase residential customers’ participation in energy efficiency (EE), demand response (DR), and electrification programs, with a focus on Disadvantaged Communities (DAC) and hard-to-reach (HTR) populations. By addressing barriers to participation, DACMO aims to deliver long-term energy savings and improve access to energy efficiency for underserved communities.
